Job Purpose
The HR Manager will lead and oversee all strategic and operational human resource functions. This role is responsible for driving talent acquisition, developing company policies, managing performance and employee relations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and cultivating a positive, high-performance organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent.

Design and execute structured onboarding and orientation programs for seamless employee integration.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
-
Act as a trusted advisor to management and staff to resolve employee grievances, conduct investigations, and mediate workplace disputes.

Develop employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and wellness strategies to foster workplace morale and retention.
3. Performance Management & Training
-
Oversee the performance evaluation cycle, including setting KPIs, bi-annual/annual reviews, and career path development.

Identify skill gaps across departments and implement targeted learning and development (L&D) programs.
4. Compensation, Benefits & HR Systems

Manage competitive compensation structures, bonus frameworks, and employee benefit plans.

Maintain HR software (HRIS/payroll) and maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records.
5. HR Policy & Legal Compliance

Formulate, update, and enforce company HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

Ensure full compliance with local, state, and national labor laws, regulations, and workplace safety standards.
Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).

Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 - 3 years in an HR lead or manager role.

Skills:

Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance frameworks, and HR best practices.

Strong conflict resolution, mediation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strategic mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
