Scope of Work
This quotation covers the design, materials, and installation of the items specified in the accompanying documentation. It excludes civil works, electrical work, stone and countertops, automation systems, and any other items not explicitly listed.
Price Revision
The prices quoted are based on the selections and finishes noted in the accompanying documentation. These prices are subject to change and may require revision during the design discussion and finalization process. A final quotation with revised pricing, if applicable, will be issued after client consultations with the interior designers.
Payment Terms
Quotation Validity
This quotation is valid for a period of seven days from the date of issue.
Material Dispatch
Material dispatch will take place within 60 days of design sign-off or receipt of the 70% advance payment, whichever is later.
Additional Charges
Transportation 20,000/-, Floor protection and Deep cleaning as per actuals.
Installation
The installation process will commence within two weeks of the delivery of materials, pending final confirmation of site readiness from the client. The site should be free of all debris and a single paint of coat also to be completed within client scope.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing power free of cost at the site for the installation process.
Entire Agreement
This quotation, along with the accompanying documentation and any subsequent written agreements signed by both parties, constitutes the entire agreement between the client and the service provider.
Cancellations and Refund
No cancellation or refunds once the work is signed up with VITTI.
